Asked Paul G below to call me but nothing from him. Asked all manner of people in payments, compliance for a phone number to talk through but no one will give me the phone number. Sent new bank details through with card details and heard nothing from Paul G the brand manager below. A block has been put on my account so I cannot gain access to it. Update No 2 - so still not received my funds. Also note I sent email to below address given by brand manager 24 hours ago and not a reply. Note to Brand Manager it is resolved only when money is in my account - not before. Cannot phone them as customer services won’t release the number.

Two days on from his response they have still not sorted out how to get £162 back to me. Bemusing !!! Update No 1 - Response by brand manager below is nonsense.
What I find bemusing is why would any company who get a new customer who loses £1500 in a few weeks and try and cheese them off over a £162 withdraw. I will keep you posted on any updates but please please please avoid this shady company. Obvious Matchbook are just scamming customers. Funny how it becomes an issue when withdrawing.
Told there is a technical issue and it may be my bank does not accept gambling withdrawals, however the bank card used accepted all my Deposits. Please avoid Matchbook as just robbing customers.Spent £1500 with them as a new customer over the last few weeks and lost it all.
